How to add multiple tabs (more than 2 default tabs)

1. Project > New
2. Choose Tabbed Application.
3. It starts up with 2 tabs initially.
4. Open the story board.
5. From the right side panel which contains objects/controls, drag the View Controller onto the story board.
   
   
6. Now right click-drag from the root tab bar and drop it to the newly added view controller.
   
   
7. A popup will appear, select the last choice labelled as view controllers.
   
   
8. Done. Now you have 3 tabs.
